Our Bakes do NOT contain

  • Oats
  • Starches
  • Legumes
  • Soy/soya
  • Added Sugar
  • Artificial Sweetners

(currently our bakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, and dairy)

Low Carb

Every single one of our bakes is super low carb, containing between 1.4-3g of net carbohydrates per bake.

We use both coconut and almond flour in order to create a treat that is both low carb and delicious!

About Erythritol

Erythritol is the only sweetener we use at NJ’s Keto Bakes because we believe it is the best option out there.

Erythritol is a sugar alcohol that occurs naturally in certain fruits/fermented foods, is essentially 0 calorie, 0 carb, does not affect blood sugar (diabetic friendly) and causes no damage to tooth enamel(it may even be beneficial for dental health). We consider it to be superior to regular sugar in every regard, and unlike other sweeteners it is not harmful when accidentally consumed by animals.
