NJ’s Keto Bakes is owned by Nikki. She originally ran a successful custom cake business for local customers in the Aberdeenshire area of Scotland. However, after starting the keto way of eating in January 2018, she noticed that there were very few 100% strict keto friendly bakes available, with many containing wheat, oats, grains and starches.
After spending several months perfecting recipes (with lots of trial and error and lots of taste testing with Keto and non-Keto family members) she created NJ’s Keto Bakes!
Being Keto herself, Nikki knows how important it is that the ingredients are Keto friendly. She will never add any non-Keto ingredients to her bakes.
